    • 40 plus years of service to industry (must hit the milestone by December of 2026)
    • All levels of active employees
    • Nomination accepted by the individual reaching the milestone or by OBL member bank(er)
    • All honrees will receive a congratulatory keepsake pen
    • The winners will be recognized at the OBL Main Event
