This tailored, multi-level compliance program is designed to strengthen your bank's ability to manage the complex requirements of consumer compliance. CBC PLUS builds on the tried and tested CBC Program by offering bankers the opportunity to put together a custom-made consumer compliance suite, tailored to the individual needs of their bank. New for 2026! CBC Extended Regulatory is another optional add on to the CBC membership that offers a members only website with additional content as well as pre-recorded update webinars. 

CBC Membership Options

• Basic: $1,800
• Additional Member: $600 per additional member added from a single institution.

Add-ons: ​

• Enhanced/PLUS : Additional $800 added to the Basic Membership Fee.
• Extended Regulatory: Additional $600 added to the Basic Membership Fee.

Basic Membership includes the following services:

• Four quarterly seminars (subjects to be determined by Young & Association, Inc.).
• Hotline services for all CBC members via telephone and internet.
• Compliance Update includes an ongoing monthly update to the compliance calendar.
• Access to CBC Members Only Web Page.

CBC Enhanced Membership

Membership includes all Basic Program Membership, PLUS:

• Weekly emailed Compliance News Flash listing all new pronouncements.
• Quarterly Conference Call for all CBC Enhanced Members. Topics will include suggestions from you as well as updates from the Young & Associates, Inc. staff. The calls will be interactive - all participants will be able to share important information with other attendees. Notification of date and time of each quarterly conference call will be given approximately 10 days from conference call date.
• $200 credit toward the purchase of individual Young & Associates, Inc. compliance products purchased during the CBC program year.

CBC Extended Regulatory Membership

Membership includes all Basic Program Membership, PLUS:

• Access to Extended Regulatory members-only online site content and maintenance of the content.
• Pre-recorded in-depth Quarterly Regulatory Updates. Each subject is discussed in much greater detail than occurs in the live presentations due to time constraints.
• Each subject is presented in its own mini webinar allowing participants to share targeted information with staff easily being able to forward pertinent information only.
