OBL Forums - Bringing Bankers Together

These nine year-long programs are available the CEO and CFO; as well as HR; Education & Training; IT; Commercial and Mortgage Lending; Marketing; and Retail officers to keep bankers on the cutting edge of the industry. The programs offer targeted professional development, best practice sharing and topical information from a wide variety of industry experts. Scholarship Opportunities

Every year, the OBL partners with the Graduate School of Banking in Madison to award scholarships to bankers who are interested in furthering their professional development via this three-year banking school.
