Bank Compensation & Benefits Survey
While compensation risk management continues to garner great attention, an equally increasing focus among policymakers, regulators and industry executives has become the rising costs of health care and the value of those benefits to today's workforce.
Banks today need customized, insightful and effective strategies to not only address compensation issues, but the benefits mix as well. To help financial institutions wrestle with these strategic decisions, the OBL conducts an annual Bank Compensation & Benefits Survey. Results are compiled into a comprehensive report of comparative statistics on base salary, additional compensation, employee benefits, compensation and incentive pay trend data as well as director information broken down by asset categories, geographic regions and FTEs. For questions about the Bank Compensation and Benefits Survey or to purchase the most recent copy, contact Audra Johnson.
