Get Ahead. Stay Ahead. Invest in Education.
As times continue to change so changes OBL offerings. 2022 OBL Professional Development programs provide a multitude of virtual professional development and educational opportunities for everyone from tellers to senior executives, delivered in the right format, with the right content, at the right time. Search programs by topic area to assist with staff training & development planning and goal-setting - or check the Web calendar for currently scheduled seminars, schools, conferences, forums and e-Learning, as well as OnCourse Learning live and on-demand webinars and special meetings and events.
A high potential employee is an employee who demonstrates the aptitude, skills and natural leadership ability to effectively represent the bank in a mid to senior level executive position. High potential employees can be identified as such at any point in their career. Through recognition, support and development, they can perform at and above leadership expectations. To best leverage high potential employees, they must first be recognized as having high potential. Once recognized, they need to be fully developed to maximize their potential. Read more to find out the professional development programming the Ohio Bankers League recommends to advance that employee’s development, including Principles of Banking, OBL Bank Management School, OBL Bank Leadership Institute and the Graduate School of Banking.
