Ohio Bankers Scholarship Program

Through a series of scholarships, the foundation encourages Ohio college students to pursue careers in banking. OBL members can either donate to a general scholarship fund or create their own fund, allowing them to offer a local scholarship every year in the bank's name.

• The Ohio Bankers Scholarship fund is a general fund created to offer scholarships to individuals statewide with unmet financial need. The scholarship fund can an endowment in which assets will grow over time, allowing for more scholarships each year.

• A member bank can create its own endowment fund -- administered by the foundation -- for a more localized scholarship. A bank specific endowment allows members to award a scholarship every year to a local student. Please contact Evan Kleymeyer to set up your own endowment.
