This one-day virtual seminar is designed to enhance understanding of the regulatory requirements of TRID with a focus on documents and timing of documents; pitfalls review; and discussion on the risk of errors and the decision-making processes.

Over the last few years, lending compliance has become more and more complex, and loan processors and lenders often have been forced to deal with the changes simply by learning the “buttons to push”, without being given an opportunity to understand the underlying regulatory requirements. As the CFPB keeps “refining” the requirements and changing the guidance for some fields, compliance continues to become more complex.
