This course is designed to give participants a thorough knowledge of Treasury Management, be able to conduct a TM Needs Assessment on their business account holders and learn strategies to boost core deposits. Attendees will gain insights into marketing Treasury Management services to ideal business customers and discover ways to enhance team collaboration, knowing how critical each area is to the success of implementing and selling these services. Additionally, pricing and challenges banks may face when selling TM services will be discussed, providing practical tools and strategies that can be implemented immediately to drive growth and profitability.
