What it is: 

A 12-module (1.5hrs each) training series to equip financial institutions to host fintech programs in a scalable, regulator-defensible way.

The program starts with the operating model (“bank as a fintech platform”) and focuses on clarity around accountability (who owns which controls, decisions, and evidence), and includes discussions about board alignment, such as strategy, risk appetite, and ways to make programs so that oversight cadence is explicit and repeatable.

From there, the course turns strategy into execution: how rails and operational infrastructure actually work, how to underwrite and govern fintech partners before launch, and how to make “controls real” by enforcing them through architecture, contracts, and day-to-day procedures, not just policy language.

It continues by taking participants through launch mechanics, ongoing monitoring and compliance oversight, and a practical approach to data security, privacy, and incident response that reflects modern notification expectations.

The final phase is continuous exam-readiness and lifecycle discipline: how to run audits and evidence indexing as an “evergreen” operating rhythm, how to re-underwrite partners annually without confusing reliance with delegation, and how to treat each program as a business line subject to periodic profitability and risk review - including a structured, safe wind-down plan when exit becomes the right answer.
