This year’s program will feature an opening keynote session, Leadership That Sticks, presented by Damus Smith, which will help to inspire loyalty, drive performance, and assist attendees as they lead with lasting influence.

Col. Mark Tillman, the pilot of Airforce One on the fateful 9/11, will close the program as he provides a behind the scenes look at Air Force One on this 25th anniversary year, emphasizing the concept of a Zero Fail Mission which can be applied in both business and everyday life. Detailed planning, measurable expectations, and personal responsibility are several of the key elements.
