The 2026 OBL Marketing Forum offers an ongoing platform for marketing officers and staff to exchange ideas and seek solutions over a wide variety of timely topics and concepts. Members will gain knowledge and become more effective in their roles, as they learn from facilitator Amber Farley, EVP of Brand Development at FMS. FMS specializes in building brands and strategic marketing plans for community banks across the country.
At this May session, Clark Hook, Executive Creative Director, FMS, will join us to get the creative juices flowing. Clark will present a session on Bankreative. See below for more details.
This forum has been designed by the OBL and FMS to encourage the exchange of ideas and provide opportunities for participants to learn from an industry expert and each other. The participants will network and form valuable professional relationships while expanding their marketing and leadership skills.

Bankreative
Bankreative is an engaging session where participants will leave with tools for developing more creative, engaging and effective work and building better bank brands. We’ll do hands on exercises, group exercises, lecture and discussion to help participants think more creatively, leverage design and get better results from their work, whether they’re doing the work themselves, using an in-house team, or working with freelancers or an agency. The ability to be creative in the context of your brand is a powerful tool for building value and this workshop helps participants do just that.
