Plan to attend the 2025 OBL Security & Technology Conference, April 9 - 11 at the Embassy Suites Columbus. This program features two tracks, which can be attended together or individually. Day 1 will focus on Security; while Days 2 and 3 will focus on Technology.

He has worked for the State of Ohio and Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation as an Information Technology Examination Analyst and is currently an IT Examiner with the Ohio Division of Financial Institutions. He serves as Examiner-In-Charge and assists state of Ohio chartered banks ranging from less complex IT examination to more-complex IT examination reviews and participates as a team member in regulatory inter-agency examinations. In this role, Arfan performs examinations and inspections of financial institutions and data centers, ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and produces a comprehensive report of findings.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:11px;">Jillian Burner serves as a Cybersecurity Advisor (CSA) for Region 5 at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). Based in Ohio, she supports CISA’s mission of strengthening the security and resilience of the nation’s critical infrastructure. Prior to joining CISA, Jillian pent more than 20 years in the public sector, 14 of those years focused on cybersecurity. She led cyber leaders and operators at different levels in higher education, state, county, and local governments. She has experience with all aspects of incident response and forensic investigations, and led teams of engineers that collaborated with internal and external partners to implement enterprise cybersecurity solutions and mitigate risks. Jillian is a United States Air Force veteran and holds a master’s degree in digital forensics and cyber investigations from the University Maryland Global Campus. She is also an ISACA Certified Information Security Manager.</span></p>

She focuses on identifying cutting-edge technologies and emerging business models to enhance the sector’s competitiveness. Her experience spans across the U.S and Canada where she held product strategy and innovation roles at Interac Corp. and managed investment portfolios at Scotiabank.
