Paul is a regular presenter at the OBL Bank Management School, and has provided cyber security instruction to bank executives and board members, as well as presents at cyber security events for client customers. <p><span style="font-family:Arial; font-size:10Pt;">Buzz Hillestad is a Senior Vice President, Information Security Consulting and leads the DFIR team at SBS CyberSecurity, where he works to help organizations identify and understand cybersecurity risks to allow them to make better and more informed business decisions. Buzz is passionate about Digital Forensics and Incident Response. He was a driving force in the creation of the SBS DFIR team.</span></p>
<p style="font-size:10Pt;"><span style="font-family: 'Arial'">Buzz received a Bachelor of Computer Information Systems for Business and has performed Master-level work in Information Security at the SANS Institute - an internationally recognized best source for cybersecurity education. <div><span style="color:black;font-family:'Arial';font-size:10.00pt;"><span style="font-size:10.00pt;">Jay Restel is a banking supervisor in the Supervision and Regulation Department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. He is responsible for managing the information technology operations and resiliency risk specialists. He has spent his entire career with the Federal Reserve. He joined the Cleveland Reserve Bank in 1975 as an assistant examiner and has since been promoted to roles of increasing responsibility, including serving as the supervisory examiner and central point of contact for Huntington Bancshares Incorporated and Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company. His supervisory experience includes overseeing community, regional and multiple large complex banking organizations; applications, consumer compliance and technology service providers. Jay was appointed to his current position in August 2015. He holds a BS in accounting from the University of Dayton and a leadership certificate from the Ohio Bankers League.</span></span></div>
