Compensation Survey Includes Data for Over 100 Job Titles

2021 Bank Comp & Benefits Survey Results Now Available

Results for the OBL Bank Compensation & Benefits Survey, a data-rich benchmarking report providing valuable insights on benefit offerings, director trends and compensation practices for nearly 100 job titles, are now available. 

Data is broken down by assets, geography, FTEs and market size. This collaborative industry initiative compiles findings from 65 Ohio institutions (ranging in size from $24 million to $8 billion in assets). When combined with participants from OBL partner associations in Illinois, Missouri & Iowa, the survey includes numbers from nearly 350 Midwestern financial institutions.

New additions for 2021 include: a special Pandemic Section offering insights as to how banks across Ohio and the midwest have altered their practices in response to COVID-19; Expanded Recruiting & Retention metrics reporting data trends not only by employee level in the bank, but also by customer-facing lines of business; and two new Treasury/Cash Management job positions.
