Ingrid E. White is being appointed to the position of Deputy Superintendent of Banks within the Ohio Division of Financial Institutions, effective November 13.
White comes to DFI from the State of New Hampshire where she was a deputy commissioner, and also acting commissioner of the New Hampshire Banking Department. During her tenure there, she administered a budget of over $6 million, had oversight of 43 employees, and also spearheaded the department’s overhaul of their banking regulations which were signed into law in 2015. Prior to this, she served as general counsel and as hearings examiner for the Department.
Ingrid received her juris doctor from Boston College, her masters of philosophy from Cambridge University, and her bachelor of arts from The Ohio State University. She and her family will be relocating back to their native Columbus area.
